Don’t TRIP! Head Tripper is a new, modern West Coast IPA, from the flower freaks at TDNE. Head Tripper is another “Modern” WCIPA, built with 100% Pilsner malt for a subtle body and the tiniest hint of malt sweetness, as a canvas for our ripping, hand selected, HOPS. Starting off with a HEAVY DOSE of Citra, Simcoe, and New Zealand Cascade in the whirlpool, we lay down the perfect blend of floral, tropical fruit, paired with a strong backbone of DANK TERPS. After a dry, dry, dry fermentation we stopped to smell the flowers, then absolutely annihilated the finished beer with a dry hop of Mosaic, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, NZ Cascade, and Nectaron. This combination of domestics, and southern hemisphere heavy hitters, lays down the perfect flavor and aroma of dank pine, mango skin, sauvignon blanc, and uncle Terrys grass stash.
