Green Prophet is a serpent style Hazy IPA built with oats, wheat, and a lightly kilned under modified malt know as Chit malt. These malts come together for build a velvet silk mouthfeel, backed by hyper saturated hop oil. In the whirlpool Green Prophet was hopped with hopped heavily with Simcoe & Citra hops. Those hops, combined with an unearthly dry hop of Citra, Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, and NZ Cascade lay down big aromatics of lychee, guava, sauvignon blanc, and a touch of that dank green venom (weed, man.)
