Pale in color, with the perfect opalescent haze, we built up Modern Folklore with a base of extra pale pilsner malt, malted wheat, unmalted wheat, and enough oats to make stock in Quaker go up. Hopped hot side with a touch of CTZ for a subtle dank undertone, and some sticky Citra for a punch of citrus and tropical fruit. Post fermentation, in the dry hop, we dumped in more BAGS of Citra, Galaxy, Motueka, and some gritty Nelson for a great hop profile that includes pineapple guava, lime leaf, some peach, and hint of that Mobile 1 Petrol.
