So, for the occasion, we whipped up an EXTRA clean, EXTRA zippy, EXTRA hoppy, EXTRA Pale Ale for your dome piece. Made with Pilsner malt for a lean body + flaked oats for EXTRA glass lacing, we laid the foundation for a beer thats EXTRA easy to drink. Hopped hot side with Simcoe, Amarillo, and Galaxy its the best combo of dank tropical fruit. Then after a super dry fermentation, we hit it with a dry hop of more Simcoe, Galaxy, and a touch of Nelson for good measure. The results are just fucking EXTRA, man - with hits of dank resin, then a hit of tropical fruit, then a little of that southern hemisphere gooseberry, all wrapped up in a beer thats EXTRA easy to drink, at a lower alcohol so you can have a few EXTRA.
